At each session, you'll spend time with one child and support them through their specially designed play activities.

Agency profile Biala is a family centred early childhood intervention centre for families who have a child with developmental delays or a disability.
Volunteer duties Under the direction and supervision of the teachers and therapy staff, facilitate the children’s learning during play activities. You'll work one child individually at a time, and over time will work with many of the children at Biala.
• An understanding of normal child development
• Physically able. Some lifting of children on and off change table is required. The volunteer will sit on the floor along with a child for many of the activities.
Preference will be given to someone who's had experience in parenting a young child.
Position reports to Teachers and therapy staff on duty
Age range 25-65 years
Times and days Wednesday morning 9.15 am – 12.30 pm
