Carefully selected volunteer leaders are trained to provide a safe and supportive environment for the participants so that they can develop group skills and self confidence. The volunteer leader to camper ratio is 1:2. Volunteer skills/qualities At Wesley Kids Under Kanvas attitude is everything. We are looking for people who are team oriented, energetic, patient, good listeners, enthusiastic, but most importantly are willing to walk the road less traveled and make a positive difference in the life of a young person who has a disability.
