You could bring these gifts to a child with a disability, as a "grandparent" or "great-uncle" or "great-aunt", when you volunteer with Extended Families. What's on offer Mature aged volunteers are required in Doncaster East to provide companionship and support for families who have young children with a disability. This would suit volunteers who have a little time and love to give to youngsters with a disability by becoming part of their family. Often the connections with the child and their family develop into a life-long blessing for all parties. Training and support provided Volunteers are provided with full support and are carefully matched to their volunteering families. See full details in the attachment. |
