What's on offer
Looking to gain some experience in box office, ushering or theatre teching? Come and join our fabulous team and help us deliver a diverse and engaging program to the Manningham community.

Built in 1863 as the first State School in the Doncaster area, it now serves as a theatre for musicals, drama performances and children's theatre, while preserving one of the City's most historic landmarks.

The Theatre features professional sound, lighting and stage equipment, bar with servery in foyer including an urn, sink area and refrigerator. There is provision for wheelchair access in seating area.

Location of the role
The Doncaster Playhouse is located at 679 Doncaster Rd, Doncaster. It is a 99-seat theatre ideal for local performing groups and schools as well as conferences.

Volunteer duties
Volunteer duties include box office, ushering, and the potential for some theatre technical experience.

Volunteer skills/qualities
If you have a friendly demeanor and are available for mostly night time gigs, some school holidays and weekends please give us a call.
