Its mission is to provide excellence in cancer care for people in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This requires a multi-faceted approach to treatment, and Peter Mac Box Hill works closely with colleagues at Box Hill Hospital, Epworth Eastern and with other physicians and surgeons in the area. Its commitment is to provide seamless patient care throughout the treatment process, which involves regular communication with our patients general practitioners, and facilitating patient access to local health care resources. Its centre provides access to the latest in clinical management, technological advances and research trials. Volunteers Peter Mac offers a wide range of volunteering opportunities, but they are eagerly sought after and there are rarely any vacancies.
