In Victoria, Scouting is the State’s largest youth movement, with over 15,000 members - male and female. There are sections for youth members from 6 to 26. The Aim of Scouting is to encourage the physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual development of young people so that they take a constructive place in society as a member of their local, national and international community. As a youth or adult volunteer in Scouting, there’s heaps of fun to be had and challenges to set yourself if you wish. There's also the excitement and energy of the youth members and the fellowship of the friendly and helpful adults you’ll meet in the Scouting movement. Have fun and build a better world! There are seven Scout Groups in Manningham:Wonga Park, Warrandyte, 3rd Doncaster East, 1st Doncaster East, 1st Templestowe, 3rd Templestowe and 1st Lower Templestowe.
