The service links people of similar interests in the areas of exercise, leisure, learning, social groups and outings to stimulate the mind, body or spirit in an atmosphere where all are welcome. Current activities and groups include: Tai Chi, Chair Yoga, Discussion Group, Social Singing, Walking Groups, Monthly Restaurant Group, Coffee Group, Afternoon Activity Groups - Warranvale and Doncaster Lodge (Supported Residential Services), Art and Craft Groups, Monthly Outings, Community Group Luncheons, Gentle Exercise Classes. Eligibility is restricted to older adults (55+ years) with or without a disability who are seeking social or recreational activities. This service is supported by assistance from volunteers and the program aims to match volunteers with their interests.
